Job Role

• Full execution of the recruitment process (including maintaining Staff

Requisition Indents for on roll openings, job posting, phone interviewing, job

interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including

the recruitment administration.

• Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies.

• Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.

• Regularly update Open Position based on joiners of the day and efficiently fills

open positions and produce daily as well as weekly report to Reporting

Manager and HR Manager.

• Forwarding Background verification forms of senior level new joiners (AM

and above) to the appropriate external agencies.

• Assist in post recruitment activities (including original document verification

offer appointment preparation, issuing offer and appointment letter,

completing joining formalities).

• Recruiting CAMS off role employees based on priority and responsible for

their joining process.

• Perform other special projects as assigned.

Previous Role

• Handled CAMS employees’ conveyance allowance credit process for all

locations.

• Handled employee’s welfare schemes process.

• Co ordinate other vendors in collecting as well as maintaining all statutory

forms, files maintenance and send MIS Report to Reporting Manager.

• Assisted senior persons in vendor’s pay sheet processing and checking.
