Responsible for Non-Conformance at Quincy DC. (Create Quality Notifications for Non-conformance products in

SAP to restrict products from shipping to customers and manage QNs accordingly to their dispositions).

In charge of SAP inspection plan project at Quincy DC that saved 3 million dollars in cost avoidance scrap from

June 2011 to Dec 2011 after automating the process of returns department.

Configure and create inspection plans in business simulator environment and production environment in SAP.

Create CR and Test scripts in PDM for Inspection Plans.

Support cost improvements within the department by implementing the Lean Business Process program to

improve the rework cage with productivity and focus on reduction of waste.

Participate and assist with CAPA meetings to resolve non-conformances and prevent future occurrences.
