> Lead Engr for ALU optimization team for AT&T LTE deployment in OH & MI

> Radio Network Design for LTE system using ATOLL.

> This included the process of adding sites, changing Azimuth/tilts to

improve coverage and generate

prediction plots for RSRP, RSSI UE UL/DL Thputs in ATOLL.

> Develop Test cases for LTE trials and define KPIs for various

customers.

> Co-ordinate with RF performance team to analyze the processed data

using eDAT and compare with the

design predictions for network optimization to achieve optimal

Core Network Element Integrations

> A member of LTE trials team responsible for LTE core network elements

> Configure ALU 7705 SAR as interface between core and eNodeB.

like freq, BW and Tx power.
