Modernization, New York, NY $343 Million - Re-signaling of the Flushing
(#7) Line using a Radio Communications-Based Train Control System (CBTC).

$6.3 Billion: a new LIRR Terminal beneath Grand Central Terminal including
major reconfiguration of Grand Central's lower level to accommodate 10
tracks and 5-island platforms.
. Supervised the design and ongoing progress of several projects, including
the coordination of the project with City, State, County, and other
outside agencies.

renovated building will serve as a command and control center, a 911
emergency call-in center, forensic and other testing laboratories, rifle
and pistol ranges and other police related functions.
. Responsible for routine Project Engineering assignments such as
verifications of construction schedules, submittal processing, meeting
minutes, shop drawings and all document control.
. Supported the Project Manager in processing change orders, request for
information, cost estimates, revision of invoices and data inputting into
County System (Prolog).

digital sign including large multi-screen liquid crystal display (LCD)
walls, 42-inch back-to-back LCD screens, front projection systems, light
emitting diode (LED) boards and a first-time effort at Cross-Track
Projection, a type of transportation tunnel advertisement throughout the
New York subway system, including the Grand Central Terminal and Times
Square stations.
. Provided daily support to the URS Creative Solutions Group located in
Colorado Springs & the New York Office with Project Management Plan,
Subcontract Agreement, Product Requirements and all other documentations.

NYC-DDC Contract # HWK-472/Reconstruction of Flushing Ave, Brooklyn, NY:
This project is for the NYC Department of Design and Construction. Work
included repair and replace sidewalks, curbs, trunk and distribution water
mains, and roadway. The project addresses sewer and water mains underneath
the road, as well as improving the current condition of the streets along
this section of Flushing Ave.
. Reviewed contract to determine documentation required for each phase
of project.
. Applied knowledge of engineering, construction processes to provide
technical support for the scheduling, contract payments and daily work
schedules.
. Submitted project documentation to management for approval and transmits
