I am a loyal, confident, self-starter who has an ambition to succeed and grow in
any environment. I have several years’ experience in the sales and customer service industries,
However, I can always improve and fine tune my skills. I am a team player and have a great, up-beat
personality. I am seeking a position where I can learn and excel while giving my best to an employer.

I found and retained customers to sell AVON products to. I gave outstanding customer
service and personal service to all of my customers. I recruited people under me and t rained
t hem to be a top seller of AVON products. I rose through the sales ranks quicker than
anyone had in the Peoria I L. District had done before. I input customers’ orders through the
computer and when my orders arr ived, I personally delivered them to my customers. I
a lways gave product suggestions and made up sales often

I performed customer service and sales on two different accounts. I answered inbound and
made outbound calls. I performed up sales whenever possible. I handled objections, gave
outstanding customer service, and always t r ied to have a one call resolution. I also helped
perform t roubleshooting of products by phone. I maintained customer loyalty and explained
t he benefits of products to potential customers. I also responded to inquiries by email and
performed the same duties. I helped members of my team when I was able, if they were
having problems with the computer systems or on a call.

I have been working as an independent contractor for several work from home companies.
Some positions have been temporary and some I still work for. I answer inbound calls, make
outbound calls and cold calls. I do lead generation, sales, and customer service jobs. I enjoy
t his work as I am able to work from home. I am a self-starter, motivated and always
working when I am supposed to.
Just because i t may be a position from home that is not an excuse for me to think I can be
l azy about my work.
