OTM - Momentum is an end to end implementation project at ConAgra - mills
division, OTM is being implemented in ConAgra as a transformation step

Project Description:
OTM - Fueling Simplification is an OTM project in ConAgra OTM was
implemented in ConAgra as a transformation step toward becoming best in
Class.
The implementation of OTM was to achieve significant objectives of the

. Improving carrier performance analytics and visibility for fully
informed transportation contracts with the potential to reduce
supplemental costs.
The project kicked off 01st October 2010 and implementation is scheduled to
roll out in three phases. Phase-1 being Non finished material
transportation and Rail movements of finished and non finished goods is
scheduled to roll out in 20th June 2011. Phase-2 is scheduled to roll out
in 25th July 2011 and includes all Finished goods transportation. Phase-3
is scheduled to roll out in 26th September 2011 and cover all remaining Non
finished goods movements.

TESCO is a UK based retail giant which sources products broadly into 2

The IS project addresses only the sourcing of Non-Food segment. Before the
IS Project, the logistics and the Buying teams in the UK and other
destination countries had to use various Freight Forwarder systems to get
visibility of their shipments which posed various challenges. Now after
implementation of OTM, it has become the single repository of all Purchase
Order and Shipment information for Tesco User community.
OTM is primarily being used for PO Workflow and Shipment track & trace. The
Project went live on 1st October 2007.
