Direct report to VP, Director of Operations & EHS Manager of the Americas. Reclaim scrap

saving the company $100,000 per year. Organize lunches and catering. Schedule

meetings, conferences and update calendar for VP in Outlook. Compile data for monthly

and quarterly meetings using Excel and PowerPoint. Consistently meet monthly and

quarterly deadlines. Complete travel itineraries and expense reports in SAP. Accurately

control petty cash reports and receipts using MS Office Tools. Regulate quarterly inventory

counts, entries and submissions. Control scrap and its movement throughout the facility.

Generate month end spreadsheets for executive team using Excel. Updated Excel

charts/spreadsheets on a daily basis. Execute and file confidential Non Disclosure
