JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to ensure smooth end-to-end configuration of telecom & broadcasting projects.

2. Successfully supervise the operation and maintenance of all telecom equipments and review strategic partner and vendor for facilitating implementation of standardization.

3. Execute project plans in consultation and discussion with the client, and evaluate various terms and profits.

4. Efficiently involved in Tendering, Sales / Marketing, after sales support, technical support, co-ordination with suppliers as well as with customers.

5. Formulate operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organization requirements, ensuring proper facilities across the units for smooth operations.

6. Tie up and discuss with software team for deciding software requirements, provide technical information to software team for developing software for the system.

7. Design the communication network using different protocols, decide requires accessories / equipments and configuration of the same.

8. Interact with the Clients to understand and analyze the business requirements and also to identify appropriate solutions for the Clients.

9. Interact with the external legal Govt. agencies like WPC, NOCC for obtaining license for customer.

10. To make electrical power supply calculations for all systems, design block diagram for system’s electrical supply and cabling.

11. To impart operational and maintenance training to the customer.

12. Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and servicing of all kinds of CPI & CODAN make HPAs (SSPA, KHPA, TWTA of various types) & other Electronics Equipments used in RF & SATCOM.

13. Having knowledge of operation of Oscilloscope, Function Generator, power meter, Spectrum analyzer & Network analyzer.

14. Having knowledge of operation of Data Communication centre used in Satellite Communication.

15. Having Responsibility of Testing of PCB circuit board ( Bandwidth analysis, harmonics, spurious, noise level, VSWR, etc.) & improving Designing.

16. Having knowledge of GSM, CDMA, W-LAN & NETWORKING.

PROJECTS HANDLED

1. SITC of Captive Earth Station project at four sites for AIR including M & C software.

1. Networking / System interconnection for Software application for Remote Monitoring & Control of the whole system.

2. 1. SITC of Digital Data Dissemination System (transmission station at New Delhi and 40 receive stations all over India) for Indian Meteorological Department IMD, New Delhi, used for transmitting processed satellite images to all over India:

1. 2. 1. SITC of 1+1 SSPA system for Doordarshan, at Bangalore and Chennai. (Project In-charge)

1. 1. SITC of one HDTV channel insertion in existing C-band and Ku-band earth station for Doordarshan, New Delhi. (Project In-charge)

1. System consists of MPEG4 HD encoders and HD IRD’s from Tandberg, 2.5 KW HPA from CPI and Receive Monitoring equipments.

2. Measuring equipments like Signal Generator and WFM of Tektronix etc.

3. Fiber optic system to take signals from studio to uplinking room.

4. Installation and maintenance of MPEG4 HD system for live programme of commonwealth games. Processing the live feed from ground through DSNG VAN in MSR / live feed from PCR though FOC and ensure its proper broadcasting though earth station.

5. 1. Working experience on IPTV system, i-Plex video processing and configuration.

1. Taken training for Satcom and broadcasting system installation, RF / Microwave testing and configuration at ADSAT Engineers Pvt Ltd (C.P.I.). Duration – 45 days
