I am pursuing a new career path in a new country.My interests draw me towards work in the field of
Sales Enigneer. My skills of primary technical resources for the field sales personall, communicate and
promote the technology and product to all users. Together with my technical expertise of diagnose

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
SARA LEE, Douwe Egberts Coffee Systems, the Netherlands (2007/present)
The primary responsibility is to provide regular technical sales support for the Sara Lee Douwe
Egberts coffee systems and provide sales support. Douwe Egberts Coffee Systems (DECS) develops
and markets a range of coffee concepts for the commercial market. The company is based in Utrecht,
employs around 450 people and is a subsidiary of the globally operating Sara Lee group. DECS’
solutions comprise top-quality coffee, coffee machines, and all necessary operational service. In the
Netherlands, around 15,000 coffee machines are installed on the premises of around 2500 customers,
who produce well over 330 million beverages annually.
Sales Engineer
Visiting customers to discuss updating products to newer, more efficient models by highlighting new
features and improvements and their value to the customer’s business.
Recommend improvements to customer for materials or machinery based on customer feedback and
needs
Run diagnostic tests on site to determine problems with equipment evaluating issues
Technical expertise to determine best course of action, including modifying the machine to meet
customer needs, making repairs or arranging for replacement products
Provide follow-up on problems with machinery using technical and non-technical support and services
to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation and maintenance of equipment

the public. Coordinate with manufacturing engineers to assess client needs and determine how
