Sr. Program /Project Manager
Specialization in the program/project management of design/build and commissioning of energy systems that include wind energy, solar energy,
simple/combined cycle, combined heating and power systems. With panoptic, practical experience of fossil and renewable energy deployment and
generation; emphasizing on schedule, time to market, regulatory issues, environmental responsibility, energy efficiency and economic scales. My
expertise, outside of energy, includes the complete spectrum in telecommunication. From the circuit level design in a SONET network through
design, build, add/drop of colocation and data centers.
My experience in ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) platforms first began in 2007 through the completion of a 5 mW CHP in 2009 with
Turbine Air Systems and for the BP energy trading facility, Helios Plaza in Houston Texas. I then utilized an ETRM while at RobustEnergy in
Austin Texas to capture, in a very broad sense: Front-range or deal capture (project landing), Mid-range or market risk exposure, - End-range or
accounting functions. At RobustEnergy (2009 -2011) we had a BOOM (Build, Own, Operate, & Maintain) business model. When our power plants
are produced an excess amount of power from on-site generation, we utilized ETRM's integrated platform to track and manage the quantitative
energy.
This would allow me to mitigate risk for selling, on grid, excess power in either or a combination of: demand power, peak power, and off-peak power.
The RobustEnergy model not only included customer billing, behind the meter, and the exporting (ERCOT grid) of demand or grid power but also
thermal energy production of steam, hot water and/or chilled water; all being managed energy that are physically moved from source to point of
usage.

Park Cross Energy, LLC
Park Cross Energy, LLC to develop energy projects in the United States and abroad. Over the past two years I have educated and advocated for
cleaner power generation. This includes blending power production from wind and solar power generation with natural gas, LNG, CNG or
[renewable] RDF power. Through the educating and advocating of clean, reliable and affordable power, I have spoken in the Dominican Republic,
Trinidad, Grenada, China, and Turkey while capturing the attention of the State of Texas. The message that I bring forward under Park Cross Energy,
LLC, is one that keeps renewable energy progressing forward unchained from the economic incentive of the DOE 1603 grant, while utilizing the ITC
and REC or WEC incentives.
This innovative message has been well received from the US Military, City, State and County officials over the past years along with my strategic
alliances with financial entities that are able and willing to provide 100% project funds via traditional land non-traditional loan avenues.
The goal is to be innovative in engineering and breaking down the barriers between power generations specific fields. In the educating and
advocating realm of Park Cross Energy, LLC specific tasks include regulatory and economic issues, constructability, (including estimations),
negotiations with the major rotating gear manufactures on pricing, EPC negotiations from the solar manufactures, financial sustainability (IRR and
ROI), environmental sustainability.
