This initiative will provide internal user to carry out Rated and Non-rated
changes to an existing case. Plan Administrator is required to provide all
information needed to process the request and submit the change request in
iServices application with particular effective date. Change Request can be
done for both rated and non-rated changes. This may again vary across
products. On the particular change effective date all the changes will be
effected in downstream systems.
Responsibilities:
