Background:
The existing workflow technologies have several shortcomings that continue
to negatively impact foreclosure operations. Current applications do not
meet the bank's information security requirements, and there are concerns
about scalability required to maintain and/or grow with the current
business demands/processes across foreclosure and postponements.
There are also stability issues, with frequent system downtime that
directly impacts the Bank's ability to refer and process foreclosures
and/or postponements timely and accurately. Home Loan Business Process
Management applications will be built on Pega Rules Process Commander
(PRPC) platform to create work flow solutions and meet business
requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Work closely with the line of business, change management team and
cross-functional impacted areas to clarify business requirements and
scope for HLBPM and define high level Application Profile for initial
review with project team in the inception phase.
. Responsible for providing high-level and detailed sizing estimations

Background:
A Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) product combines pre-tax spending
accounts such as a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement
Account (HRA) with a low premium, high-deductible health plan. In addition
to accurately exchanging medical and prescription dollars between Medco and
the health plan/TPA to keep deductible limits in sync, CDH also offers
industry-leading member engagement tools and services to help members
understand and master the educational, financial and clinical challenges of
this new type of plan design.
Project Objective:
This project falls within the Consumer Directed Health (CDH) portfolio of
deliverables approved under an Enterprise-wide business objective to reduce
competitiveness gaps and increase operational efficiencies. Products
impacted under this portfolio include CDH Preventive Medications,
Medication Compliance and Outreach, My Rx Choices - Benefit Coaching as
well as First Fill Non Adherence. Key features of the product include
accommodating customized member-level messaging via customer service
portals as well as member websites, identifying financial savings
opportunities for members via Brand to Generic (B2G) and Retail to Mail
(R2M) switches, identifying non-adherence gaps etc.
The project involved building work flows under the scrum methodology of the
agile framework to support client customizations around product set ups and
ad hoc requirements around program logic and member outreach criteria using
Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC v6.1).
Project Description:
. Create work flows to accommodate custom client requirements pertaining
to CDH Preventive Medication set ups.
. Work with Enterprise Content and Campaign Management (ECCM) partners
to implement a flow for identifying members with potential cost
savings opportunities or adherence gaps via integration with data
repositories such as IW for claims/pricing information, communication
channels such as Direct Mail, Email and Live Outbound Calling as well
as CSR and Consumer Web portals for display of cost savings and
adherence gap opportunities.
. Automate live outbound calling and Automated Outbound Messaging (AOM)
via definition of business rules and file layouts and execution via
development of autodialer systems.
. Design a First Fill Non Adherence program to identify gaps in care by
defining business and clinical rules around patient identification,
segmentation across various channels, executing outbound communication
and reporting on successful fills/conversions post outreach.
. Creation of a CDH Operational Database to allow different user groups
such as Product Owners, Technical Consultants, Triage team, Benefit
Fulfillment Groups (BFGs), Account Managers, Development and QA
partners to enter and track data around mid-year and year-end client
installations, as well as vendor/ client details, status of the
