ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Project Title : IMAGE SPAM HUNTER -

Platform & Language : Core JAVA as Frontend and My SQL as Backend

Role : Programmer

Description : In this paper gives an idea that how to detect

spam mails (contains spam images) from all incoming email. This can be done

based on global image features, (i.e. colour and gradient oriented

histograms) differentiate spam images from natural image attachments. We

first cluster the collected disordered spam images into groups based on

previous features and after that a training dataset is chosen from the

clustered groups. Creating a Probabilistic Boosting Tree (PBT) based on the

training dataset to distinguish image spam from good email with image

attachments.

Blind and Semi-Blind Deblurring of Natural Images - Mini Project

Description: To overcome the ill-posedness of the blind image

deblurring problem, the method includes a learning technique which

initially focuses on the main edges of the image and gradually takes

details into account.

Student Information System - Mini Project

Description: It is developed to manage student data. This data is

collection of records such as student's admission process, class schedules,

attendance records and records of examinations (marks, grades and academic

progression of students).
