Recruiter
Hired in to this company as an entry-level recruiter performing sourcing
and candidate pre-screen, I spent many hours a day learning the processes
of full life cycle recruiting and in six short months due to a sudden
internal mid-level recruiting opportunity opening up, the company promoted
me to full life-cycle recruiter. I performed all functions dealing with
recruiting candidates for funded and non-funded positions within the
organization. I was able to onboard several candidates in a short time for
OCONUS opportunities fulfilling several contracts well within the contract
deadlines. I developed a rapport with several hiring managers and produced
a pipeline of candidates to fulfill needs at several classified and non-
