Subsequent phases involve day to day management of a four year IDIQ
contract to perform preventative maintenance, emergency responses and firm
fixed price (FFP) installations at Army bases throughout the US, Korea,
Germany and Japan.
Additional responsibilities include proposal creation, RFQ response and
subsequent management of the Army Corp of Engineer's (AC) Access Control
Point initiative. Daily tasks included full Profit and Loss
accountability, Earned Value Management, Budgeting, management of five
subcontractors, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance, oversight
of the CMMS and incremental business growth.
Branch Program Manager (Department of State Contract). Managed Branch
Operations for the Domestic Management and Engineering Division as part of
the State Department's Security and Technical Operating Systems (STOS)
contract which is a five (5) year - $250 million security award. Primary
responsibilities included:
