warehouse system held cleansed master data information and

transitional information feeding SAP APO.

. Determined business rules governing product mix optimization using

JDA Strategic Network Optimizer (SNO/Numetrix). These rules were

built in to the model enabling the optimized output to be used

. Identified over NZ $4M annually in logistics freight savings by

selecting the least cost container equipment and routes

considering all constraints. Over NZ $1M in savings have been

captured within a year of the project.
