Project : KABUL MILITARY TRAINING COMPOUND (KMTC)

PHASE III-Afghanistan(Ongoing)

Client : US Air Force Center for Engineering &

Environment

Project is located on Kabul(Afghanistan) premises and it involves the

design & Drafting on AutoCAD of a 15 building's including Barrack and

Dining facility etc.

Project : COMMUNICATION SUPPORT ELEMENT (CSE)

Project is located on Kabul(Afghanistan), It's a Communication Support

Element related job include 8 buildings. I have involved in preparing

From Feb 2007 to Sep. 2010

Worked with M/s Gulf Engineering & Consultant's, (Dubai-U.A.E.) a

Engineering consulting firm in DUBAI as MEP Design Engineer.

Brief Description of current Projects & Work Profile :

Project : Zabeel Ladies Club.

Client : M/S Dubai Municipality

Project is located on Zabeel Palace premises and it involves the Design &

Drafting on AutoCAD of a Ladies Club building with Wedding Hall, Auditorium

and Swimming pool facility etc.

Project : New Naif Market.

Client : M/S Dubai Municipality

Project is located on Naif, Dubai. It's a commercial shopping mall with 218

shops and 44 kiosk .I have involved in preparing concept design and

detailed Design Drafting on AutoCAD for Electrical, Fire and safety, Low

current etc.

Also involved in the Design & Drafting of the above referred projects for

all their Electro-Mechanical & ELV systems. Multiple phases of project

include Concept, Schematic and Detailed design along with coordination with

all local authorities for design approval (Dubai Municipality, DEWA,

Etisalat etc). Also engaged in tender management and prequalification of

various vendors from different discipline to identify the best possible

solution / system for the project.

From July 2004 to Jan. 2010

Worked with Dubarch Architect, a Engineering consulting firm in DUBAI as

MEP Designer/Drafter.

Project : Matrix Tower

Client : M/S First Group

Project is located on Dubai Sports City, has a total built-up area of

48,000 Sq. M . The whole project involves the Design & Drafting on AutoCAD

of a luxury residential building with banquet facility, restaurant etc.

Project : Victoria Tower

Client : Sharjah Ruler's Office

Project is located on Sharjah- Dubai border, has a total built-up area of

55,000 Sq. M . The whole project involves the Design & Drafting of luxury

apartments.

As MEP Designer/Drafter I have been involved in:

. Co-ordination with client & Architects for Design & Draft purpose of

all MEP drawings.

. Liaising with Statutory authorities such as DEWA, Civil Defense and

Etisalat / du in obtaining approvals of Project Load demand & Design

drawings.

. Preparation of concept report, specifications & estimation of load.

. Designing & Drafting on AutoCAD substation & space requirements for

electrical service.

Worked with Meecon Engineers, (Mumbai-India) as AutoCAD Designer taking

responsibility of Design & Drafting for various types of MEP projects

(Comm. Residential, Hotel & Religious Centers)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

. Design & Drafting of all Electrical & Mechanical services in building

projects.

. Verify the design drawing and documents are to the current codes and

standards and arranging approvals from local Authorities.

. Provide technical support to the project team.

. Coordination of multidisciplinary trades from design till handing

over (Electro- mechanical with civil Engineering trade).

. Approval of Electrical and Plumbing works Materials and Shop

drawings.

. Preparing and study of Drainage, Plumping & Electrical drawings.

Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh (Department of Education) on

October 1997.
