Summary

Over the past five years, I have been involved with civilian and government contracting preforming specific maintenance checks on industrial, commercial, and residential equipment. I have directed personnel for job task and installations. I have encountered many different types of equipment from chillers, walk-in commercial Carrier Units, military fuel burning and HVAC equipment, and various types of mini split heat pump applications. With increased responsibilities as being lead HVAC foreman I had to take responsibilities for handling all refrigerant. I am certified under EPA as a Universal technician and I have taken my OSHA 30 HOUR &OSHA 10 HOUR.

Experience

Dyn Corp Intl Camp Leatherneck (Sub Contracted through PPI) July 2010 to present

Promoted to PPI Foreman and was place in charge of running and directing Air conditioning surviving crews, total of 3 personnel that respond to all trouble calls. The job entails servicing and repairing over 8,000 pieces of HVACR equipment.

Received several memorandums of record from the department of defense. Providing fast and accurate troubleshooting of advance humidity control systems in efforts to maintain optimum temperature control for Intel operations for the South West Region of Afghanistan.

Received EPA UNIVERSAL, OSHA 30 HOURS TRAINING AND COMPLETED ALL COURSE RESPONSIBILITIES TO MAINTAIN THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO HOLD THESE LICENSES.

Flour Intl Camp Leatherneck (Sub Contracted through PPI) June 2009 to July 2010

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs along with assigning work load and task in evaluating and repairing commercial Carrier freezer/chillers, various mini split heat pumps, and military package units.

Carrier Air Conditioning and Refrigeration May 2008 to May 2009

As a HVAC Technician I was responsible for overall maintenance of Air-Conditioning Units and medium to low temp refrigeration on commercial and industrial equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities can perform

Air conditioning,and Heating Units by Repairing or replacing and adjusting worn or broken parts on condensers,compressors,water and vacuum pumps.

Tests refrigeration equipment for leaks.

Repairs or adjusts valves, piping connections, fittings and couplings.

Removes and installs motors,thermostates and humidistat.

Adjusts pressure,solenoid and expansion valves.

Adds gas to refrigeration unit,weighing carefully.

Check gauges and makes inspections for preventive maintenance.

Changes and washes oil cleaners and air filters.

Assists in installing air conditioning, heating, related equipment and components.

Supervise and instruct one or several helpers.

Repairing and maintenance component parts of air conditioning,refrigeration,vantilating systems in offices, classrooms,dormitories, apartments, laboratories, kitchen and food service units.

Performs other works as required in support of general maintenance activity.
