Summary:
During my employment at DeVry University I worked with the Marketing
Manager and developer on website updates for devry.edu and keller.edu. I
also worked on 150 community websites. My duties were to do Quality
Assurance testing for each site. I would read each page and report any
discrepancies to the manager and developer. Since these are school
websites, I needed to make sure that there were no words that gave the
impression that the school was giving the student anything but an
education. There were several keywords that I needed to make sure were not
in the text.
Also included in my duties were to check each link to make sure that they
were functional and went to the appropriate website address. Any
discrepancies were reported to the manager and the developer.
Each time the state made a change to their qualifications for grants or
loans the process above would need to be repeated. All webpages needed to
be in compliance at all times.

Summary:
During my employment at Bridgeline, I was the top quality assurance tester.
I taught several other employees the testing methodologies starting with
black-box testing and basic functionality testing to white-box testing and
regression testing needed to make sure that each program/website developed
was in the best condition possible before turning it over to the client.
I have done quality assurance testing for over 17 years utilizing my skills
for proprietary software programs for McGraw-Hill, American Academy of
Pediatrics, Motorola, Marriott Hotels, and many more.
I have worked directly with the clients and developers acquiring the
necessary information to create the test cases. Using the SOW, Functional
Specifications, Wireframes, and Use cases, I extracted the information and
built test cases for each project that I worked on.
Achievements
I received ' Employee of the Month ' several times due to my Quality
Assurance skills and relationships with clients. I worked with Top Clients
- McGraw-Hill (a million dollar contract), as well as Marriot International
Hotels, and American Academy of Pediatrics, establishing long lasting
relationships.
