shopping. Such interactions included helping customers find items, settle

pricing disputes, conducting refunds, promoting sale programs and

discounted items, investigating credit card transactions and fulfilling

orders for trade account holders.

Tracked store front-end shrink using data collection programs to optimize

our front end work force.

Coached and trained new employees to maximize IPM (items per minute) and

taught customer service to enhance the customer experience while shopping

at our stores.
