Aspen Concepts, Inc. is a privately owned outsourced sales, marketing and advertising firm. The Saint
Louis-based branch specializes in direct marketing and sales of AT&T U-Verse packages to existing
and inquiring AT&T customers. Daily mini training sessions were conducted in the office prior to
entering the field where 30-40 homes were visited to advertise promotions for U-verse.
Texas A&M University, University Teaching Assistant 08/2011-05/2012
Successfully taught four recitation sections for a survey course in biochemistry for non-majors.
Original lecture material and assignments were generated for weekly recitations in addition to grading
and exam proctoring responsibilities. Teaching undergraduate students improved public speaking and
presentation skills in addition to reinforcing personal educational background.
Novus International Inc, Data Governance Analyst (SAP Implementation) 08/2009-07/2010
Entrusted with designing a traceable method for data tracking during cutover and with the available
technical expertise created an Infopath form for data entry tracking. Additional weekly
responsibilities included submitting SQL queries for database reporting, using Microsoft Excel for data
manipulation, workflow troubleshooting, training material development and end user support.

Acted as student liaison for a faculty panel that designed targeted advertisements for recruitment.
Assumed lead responsibilities for coordinating and hosting recruiting events for potential students.
