DESCRIPTION:

This project is a Hands-on training project submitted

in partial fulfillment of the requirement of degree of Bachelors in Food

technology. In this project baked product Multigrain (Five Grain) Flavored

Cake as well as Green Tea Extract Cake were produced in the bulk quantities

up to 25 kgs along with it the detailed commercial-scale activities such as

production planning, quality control, costing and marketing and sales were

done for the same with a detailed project report and presentation submitted

to the faculty.
