. As a Shift Brewer, responsible for Brewing Brands like "Kingfisher
Lager/HG/Dilution", "Kingfisher Strong Normal/HG".
. Takes Care of Inventory Control, Production Planning and Meeting
Company's production target and also dealing with the State Excise
Department.
. Ensuring smooth manufacturing, processing and filtration of Quality
beer in shift as per production schedule and achieve target quantity
of production and dispatch of Beer.
. Daily, Weekly and Monthly plan for Brewing and Packaging program.
. Control of raw material wastages and improvement in reducing filter
aid consumption.
. To oversee that all the systems in the process department are adhered
and followed by the shift team.
. Supervise hygiene & housekeeping of Brewing and Process area by
implementing checklists.
. Highlighting day to day Brewing and packaging issue to the General
Technical Manager.
