| |demonstrated and let the staff practice the new |

| |I have proposed the standard order for Pain |
| |Management. It is entitled Pharmacological |
| |Interventions for Venipunctures/Injections/IV |
| |starts. I have adapted this into our area so that |
| |we can begin using the "needle friendly" measure |
| |for pain control. |
| |I am responsible for completing the monthly audits |
| |for ASC and PACU. |
| |I am responsible for helping with the staffing |
| |schedule in ASC preop which involves approval of |
| |vacation and making assignments for the week. |

| |sure all needs are met on the unit and providing |
| |assistance to other team members when needed. |
