Served as Regional Facilities Manager, handling all Facilities Maintenance Operations & Property Management at
Toyota Motor Sales National Head Quarters Campus. Managed and oversaw five direct reports including Maintenance
Manager, Administrative Manager, Contracts and Sub-Contracts Manager and Janitorial Manager. Handled 42
buildings, with a total area of 2.5M Square Feet and more than 4,000 Assets including all HVAC units, Boilers,
Coolers, Chillers and Electrical Systems. Oversaw 112 employees including Maintenance Techs, Audio Visual Techs,
Janitorial Employees and Administrative Personnel. Ensured safety, quality, preventative maintenance, capital and
investment projects and programs are implemented. Managed budget and ensured all Key Performance Indicators
