JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for Material Inspection, erection and commissioning planning of Construction power.

Maintaining the uninterrupted Construction power distribution system.

Responsible for the erection and commissioning of HT & LT Panels, HT & LT Motors, motorize valve, motorize dampers, its protection and logic development, tray & cable scheduling and laying, trouble shooting and maintenance of equipments

Responsible for the operation of 27MW Captive Power plant in running time.

Responsible for the Preventive, Predictive as well as Breakdown Maintenance of Electrical Equipments.

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of plant equipments to increase machine up time and reliability.

2. Worked as a Sr. Engineer (Electrical) in IND SYNERGY LTD. (Steel & Power) RAIGARH (CG) 2007 to 2008.

Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, Monitoring and controlling maintenance works

Diagnosing and solving problems, Giving guidelines, Coordinating workers, Making

Analysis, recording history of machines, planning of maintenance for machines.

Responsible for the erection of switchyard, HT & LT Panels,

Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ defects and conducting root cause analysis/failure mode & effect analysis to rectify the equipments.

3. Worked as a Sr.Engineer (Electrical) in Worked in SHREE METALIK & POWER LTD. Orissa, Barbil. From 2004 to march 2007.

• Mainly having 1 X 20 MW CPP& 1 X 12 MW CPP. TPH TSPL makes WHRB Boiler, 39 & 51 TPH AFBC Boiler, 2 X 350 TPH SPONGE IRON, Ferro plant, 36 ton SMS furnace, rolling mill etc.

• Preventive maintenance of all LT Motors, Switchyard equipments, CT, PT, POWER & Distribution Transformer, 33/11 KV. HV. & LV. Switchgear with VCB/ACB.

• Parallel Operation of 3X12MW Generator, with Grid Using AVR & EXICATATION system.

• Troubleshooting of protection related to Turbine & Generator Cause tripping.

• DCS OPERATION of 3 X12 MW Triveni make TURBINE.

• TG synchronizing with grid.

4. Worked as Jr. Electrical Engineer from 2001 to 2004 in RAMA PHOSPHATES Ltd.
