President /COO: Prima Feeds Corporation, Bulacan, Philippines, Jan 2007-Jul 2009

Founded the company and lead to its growth and expansion in a short time, gaining the trust and

acceptance of the company’s product lines by commercial swine & poultry,producing quality

feeds that resulted in faster growth and peak pig performance, increased egg production in poultry

and providing innovative feed products.

President/CEO: King David Agro Ventures Corp, Bulacan, Philippines, Mar 2004- Jan 2007

Instrumental in the company’s expansion and growth from monthly sales output of 5o tons to

700 tons commercial feeds in one year through optimized nutrition, good customer service and

selling quality products despite stiff competition from multi- national feed companies.

Gen. Manager: St Joseph Farms, Bulacan, Philippines, Sept 1989- Feb 2004

Instrumental in the expansion of this 30 sow- level farm to 500 sow- level farm in five years

through optimized farm production programs, production of quality pork, strict adherence to

biosecurity and good animal health practices. This feat is considered extra- ordinary without

outside capital infusion. Developed a cross breed that was adaptable to Philippine condition and

eventually sold thousands of breeder boars to swine farms all over the country, before big

commercial farms were able to produce it on their own.

1989

Implemented changes that lead the farm to expansion and growth from 1200 sow-level to 1500

sow-level in one year through revision of farm practices, breeding and farrowing procedures and

optimizing farm performance that resulted to 85% conception rate, piglet mortality reduced by

50% and market weights improved by 25%. Trained and develop farm unit veterinarians and farm

supervisors resulting in effective implementation of farm practices and procedures.
