Highly organized Executive Director with expertise and enthusiasm in new revenue streams, sales and
marketing and corporate presentations. I have 30 years inside and outside sales experience. Innovative
and attentive to details with outstanding follow-through. Whatever company I work for, I have always
been in the top 1%. I do cold calls, not afraid to work with people and I have great team organizing
skills. We have a 97% retention factor with customers that I enrolled in 1992 till today.

revenue of $15 Million in the 22 years that I have been working with this 29 year old debt free company

Arizona’s Best Rainsoft Systems 2006-2010
I sold Rainsoft Systems in door to door sales with preset appointments as well as cold calls. I had an
85% close ratio. There were some days when I sold 4 $5500 Whole house systems in a one call close.

I developed a relationship with these customers and also sold some systems on a referral basis. I did this
when I was with Melaleuca, Inc. I was on straight commission. The company went out of business due to
the real estate crash. I helped this dealership place number 1 in the West for a year, tripling their
business.
Beauty Craft Supply 1986-1991
I was a sales rep for Nexxus Hair and Skin products doubling the size of my territory the first year in St.
Cloud, Minnesota. Then I moved to Des Moines, IA as Regional Mgr and managed 3 reps. I covered the 5
state area and was selling $50,000 a month. This dealership was number 1 in the Midwest and I
personally was flown out to meet Jerry Redding because I sold so much Nexxus. I had fun but was tired
of working 12 hour days, 7 days a week. My territory kept getting cut and then I started with Melaleuca,
Inc. a year later.
Key Contributions:
I opened up many new beauty salons through cold calls and did product training with the beauticians at
Great Clips and Cost Cutters. I also opened up many of the J.C. Penney salons. Nexxus is no longer in
the beauty salons due to be distributed in Walmart.

* Proven sales track record. I achieved Executive Director at Melaleuca, Inc. within my first 13 months
and I have maintained this position for 21 years. Then I grew to Executive Director 2 the next year. That
means developed leadership that has 20,000 a month coming in from their business and helping them to

Community Service
I am a member of Rotary Club in Moscow, Idaho for 2 years, Just transferred my membership to Orofino,
Idaho November 1st. I have been volunteering with the Clearwater Humane Society. I believe in giving
back to the community.
I relocated from Tucson to Moscow, Idaho to work and volunteer with Orphan Acres, Horse rescue in
Viola, Idaho the Fall of 2010. I help him with fund raising and marketing in The Palouse and online. I also
help him feed the horses, muck out the stalls and do what I can to find him a grant writer and ranch
hands. He has 85 horses and has rehomed 3900 in 39 years.
I volunteered with two horse rescues in Tucson and also did some work with The Humane Society in
Tucson, AZ. I also started helping Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida with fund raising. I have been
working with Carole Baskin for 3 years now. I have done some work in the past with Performing Animal
Welfare Society (PAWS). They rescue elephants and big cats from the circus or abusive zoos. Bob Barker
donates most of the big money. I also do what I can for Ban Horse Drawn Carriages in New York. This is
a tough market and I have not done much for them This is all done on Craig’s list with online advertising
and cold calling. I also run newspaper ads and grow my business and fund raising through this method.
