Specific Safety and Security Accomplishments:
( Developed, implemented and maintained a safety program for a company of
40 personnel to meet and fulfill all OSHA requirements and to meet those
specific client needs and requirements, which was quite extensive. We
maintained separate Safety plans for each of our clients to ensure complete
compliance with their specific program and were routinely audited by those
clients with zero deficiencies.
( Developed a damage control and fire safety training program, initiated
the training, and managed the training program for over 600 personnel in
six different departments in preparation for a major ship examination.
Successfully passed the examination with an above average grade.
( The plant was awarded the Griffin Industries President's Trophy for
Safety as a result of my skills as the Safety Manager. The combined
processing plant and 25 power unit fleet with over 75 personnel, had zero
lost time accidents operating 16 hours per day and 6 days per week.
( Won the Engineering E award, which examined the areas of fiscal
management, material management, environmental management, and safety as
Chief Engineer on Oak Ridge being distinguished as the Best Dry-dock
Engineering Department of 4 dry-docks in the Atlantic Fleet.

program for air emissions testing per CFR Title 40 Part 60 Methods 1
through 29.
( Served as Project Manager for over 50 full emission tests at various
steel manufacturing facilities that included CFR Title 40 Part 60 Methods 1

rendering, pulp and paper, petroleum, and chemical.
( Served as an Emissions Consultant to evaluate and correct process
operations to attain maximum output efficiencies while maintaining or

of the finished product.
-Responsible for the proper long term execution and day to day operations

-OSHA safety programs for industrial facilities;

animal feed products;

-Each project included responsibility for 1 to 6 personnel and was also
financially responsible for each project to include the profit and loss
statement.
-Conducted an annual budget review and analysis of the company in order
to prepare and plan the next year's budget based upon the status of the
Profit and Loss statements.
-Collected all data, organized data, and prepared report of all testing
completed and presented the results.
-Developed, implemented and maintained a training and qualification program
to include all procedures, policies, and rules for air emissions testing
per CFR Title 40 Part 60 Appendix A Methods 1 through 29.
-Developed, implemented and maintained a safety program for the company to
meet and fulfill all OSHA and specific client needs and requirements.
( Designed and purchased the materials for 3 air emission test trailers to
include the heated wet sampling system, the heated dry sampling system, the
calibration system, the air dilution probe system, the air supply system,
and the nitrogen supply system at a cost of $150,000 per trailer.

fleet operations. Fleet operations consisted of 25 power units and over 50

-Conducted an annual budget review and analysis in order to prepare and
plan the next year's budget based upon the status of the quarterly Profit
and Loss statements and short term objectives.
