Systems is an automotive three shift stamping facility with a focus on Class A, B and C parts.

HR Generalist, January 2010

Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruiting employees; implementing continuous

improvements, and new hire orientation. Managed leave of absence programs and personnel records; administered bnefits; and handled workplace issues. I guided the startup and management of

the full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Recruited for hourly and salary positions. Processed internal promotions; promotions were based on testing, performance, and interviewing scores.

Key Results:

Managed a key role in the successful launch of Vehtek’s continuous 5 phase growth. This lead to a 50% employment
