I have consistently achieved recognition for expanding sales and
creating innovative ideas. I was a million-dollar seller at Crate &
Barrel and was also named employee of the quarter. At Russell
Stover, I developed an account folder that was implemented by the
region, expanded distribution at key accounts, and won the Great
Savings - Great Ideas contest. I opened a new 27-store chain and
33 store accounts achieving a 44 percent increase in sales for
Gibson Greetings. As District Manager for Castrol, I increased sales
by 60 percent, and I won the NFL Pro Bowl sales contest. As
Castrol territory manager I achieved 143 percent of plan, and I won
the Big Idea and Thinker of the Year awards. I was named Rookie of
the Year at both Castrol and at Faber Castell.
