and medium sized Shell and Tube heat exchangers for Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and

Power.

Oil & Gas : Screw-Plug / Breech Lock Heat Exchangers, Helixchangers, Rod Baffle heat exchangers, Shell

and Tube Exchangers and Hair Pin Exchangers

Power: Surface Condensers, H.P. / L.P. Feed Water Heaters, Deaerators, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers,CCW

Coolers and Boiler Steam Drums

Fertilizer: Boiler Feed Water Exchanger, SAC Condensers, Effluent WH Boiler/Exchanger, Methanator Feed

Heater and Ammonia Conv. Feed / Effluent Exchanger

Tema also undertakes engineering and fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Columns and Reactors in CS, SS and

AS in medium and large size. Our shop facilities are accredited with ISO 9001:2008.

ASME -S, U, U2, NB, R stamp holder And HTRI and Patented certificate of screw plug heat exchanger.

NATURE OF JOB / RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Mechanical design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels & columns

- Thermal design of Heat exchangers

- Fabrication drawing checking for design and GA requirement before release for fabrication

- Coordinating with shop floor on any drawing related issues. Overall responsibility for design and drawing

related activities

- Preparation of purchase specification based on client’s specification & codes for material procurement

- Monitoring & controlling engineering activities to keep it in the track of overall project schedule &

reporting the engineering status to the management

- Coordinating with production & QC departments on any technical issues for smooth running of the project

- Coordinating with Subcontractors and material suppliers on technical issues

- To organize discussions with client, TPI & AI to resolve any technical hurdles and ensure smooth running

of the project

MAJOR PROJECTS HANDLED :

- Project: NSRP Complex Project, Nghi Son

Client : Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company, Vietnam

Detailed design of CS & LAS Heat exchangers of different TEMA types including stripper reboiler and shell

and tube heat exchangers.

- Project: Clean Fuels Project(CFP)

Client : Kuwait National Petroleum Company (K.S.C)

Detailed design of Shell and tube heat exchanger (Breech Lock heat exchanger)screw plug high pressure

heat exchanger.

Design review of screw plug high pressure heat exchanger along with FEA for swaged nozzle.
