I knew from the early age that I will follow a career in a field where I
can help others and improve their health. My aunt who served as volunteer
nurse in a military hospital during world war II was my inspiration. As a
child vividly I remembered flipping through my family album, seeing her
picture and being in awe. Compassion, commitment, dedication, the ability
to provide help and hope to those in need are words which reminds me of
her. The same words made me decide to become a nurse practitioner . The
human body and mind are always a surprise to me and that is what keeps my
interest and passion in practicing medicine. I felt fortunate to follow my
dreams from childhood to work in a career that unites my love of science
with the ability to provide people with relief from suffering. From my
early days as a nurse, to my advance career as a nurse practitioner, I have
dedicated myself to attention to the patient's need and team work . Now, I
am seeking a position that provides me the opportunity to enhance and
utilize these qualities.
