machining techniques
Select the machine as per the drawing given tolerance
Designing the fixture and jig as per the operation requirement
Manual programming for fanuc,sinumerik,heidenhein and mazatrol.
Cad/cam software : mastercam,solidworks,unigraphics
Select the tool as per machining machining material and calculating the
cutting speed,feed and depth of cut
Loading the job as per the programming, by taking X,Y,Z axis datum in
touch probe and master gauge
Running the tools according to the sequence in the operation. Inspect the
component at every stage and correct it and provide solution if required
