Provide engineering, assembly, installation drawings, Bills of Material and technical support to
final assembly and production.
Design of utility equipment to meet customer requirements.
Provide technical support and customer quote/approval drawings to Inside/Outside Sales per
customer specifications.
Developed and implemented CAD drafting standards for Altec Eastern Division.

Altec Resource Center (ARC) development. ARC is a database f or all engineering drawings and procedures
that provides a single source for all divisions to use to ensure standardization of policies
and procedures across all divisions.
Implemented Altec Default Equipment Product Standards (DEPS) for corporate wide use. This is a program of
standard equipment (tail shelf, ladders, steps, lighting, hydraulics, etc.) to be used on all units regardless of
which division they were built.
Altec Preventative Safety Management Service (APSMS) implementation. APSMS is a safety program
detailing standards and procedures to follow in emergency situations, as well as regulations on how to prevent
accidents from happening. Project included OSHA/HAZMAT training.
