PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

. Prepare and forward RFQ's to potential suppliers, revise bids as needed

and prepare documents and Vendor Evaluation lists to justify the

selection

. Negotiate with suppliers Coordinate bid clarifications, analysis,

commercial evaluation and recommendation as well as pre-qualification

of bidders

. Track milestone activities, prepare competitive Bid packages and send

them out along with the necessary documents to the suppliers

. Estimate and organize time and parts required by updating Inventory

days of supply for commodities and Inventory for commodities

. Develop procurement strategies, plans and schedules, trained Suppliers

on new SAP modules

. Receive RFP's and Bids and Prepare evaluation analysis consulting with

the project Managers

. Prepare and administrate PO's and other relevant document in SAP and

issue them to the vendors, following up with them until the required

part/service is in place

. Look for potential Suppliers and set up meetings with them to negotiate

price, payment terms, and other delivery and performance-related terms.

. Generate preparation of contracts with the suppliers using market and

competitive data and perform administration of them including changes

and amendments as required

. Organize, manage, monitor and file all contracts/tenders/rate sheets.

Manage both an electronic and hard copy file system.

. Implement KPI system in order to ensure the performance of the

suppliers is in place

. Conduct MM standards and the logistics strategies of the materials

(shipment, warehousing, inventory
