As Build Coordinator ; Support several programs from Theme confirmation through S0 Pilot build. Communicate program timing, planning and requirements to management and releasing community. Ensure material order process is implemented effectively. Coordinate/Support all Rework/Retrofit builds. Establish rework requirements and implement issue resolutions of retrofit programs. Facilitate prototype and pilot readiness meetings. Represent interior department in daily build meetings. Edit pre-production BOMs. Expedite final Pilot vehicle inspections. Track and present material issues and status. Coordinate shipments of vehicles and/or parts to meet timing requirements. Verify order process is followed by both engineering and supplier. Organize reviews when necessary to investigate all order or shipment discrepancies. Ensure that damaged shipment material is replaced at no charge. Investigate and advise management of cost saving opportunities.
