I am applying to your position of Human Resources Manager. I have 18 years of Human Resources
Managerial and Generalist experience within both single entity and multi-state employers, dealing within
various different labor environments. Prior to this, I have experience as General Manager for an 18
million dollar a year manufacturing plant. This has provided me with a view and understanding of
business and how Human Resources utilized as a part of business. A view that most of my Human
Resources peers never get to see firsthand, much less fully understand.
I have learned and utilized my communication skills over time to best present company directed Human
Resources goals and plans to all business levels, aiding to streamline various operations and resulting in
reduced costs and increased labor relations. I have also lead and directed facilities in safety that have
resulted in OSHA and state commendations and awards. I always exude a positive and professional
character while maintaining a consistent and direct working relationship with all I am involved with. I
know, with my diligence, I will be able to become an asset with any company that chooses to utilize my
skills.
