Designed and managed numerous Office, Research and Development, Higher Ed, K12 renovations and
new construction. Led initial programming efforts, concept design, and led all client meetings. Oversaw
construction document preparation, wrote Opinion of Probable Costs, and conducted bidder reviews.
Served as the primary field administrator throughout construction and closeout phases. Responsible f or
budget and schedule adherence, and f or quality control on projects.
Completed Scitech Office/Laboratory Building for OSU ElectroScience Engineering department, from
kickoff meeting through closeout in less than 15 months, a LEED-ready building.
Achieved LEED-Gold level on Olde Orchard elementary school, including full daylighting in all
classrooms, below project budget.

Technology Campus Corporation. A $5.4 million, 40,580 sf office and laboratory building to be leased
by the Electroscience Engineering department of the Ohio State University. This project included
several sustainable features including day lighting for all office and conference spaces, and a free -
standing sunscreen.

$2.5 million, 18,000 sf office headquarters building f or a prominent software manufacturer. Master
planning for the site included two additional buildings for future construction.

County Bank. A $6.5 million, 53,900 sf office headquarters building.

Company. Schematic Design for a 104,400 sf, four-story addition to an existing office/ research

Project Design Architect, Superconducting Super Collider Conventio nal Facilities, Waxahachie,
Texas, for the U.S. Department of Energy. With over 930,000 sf of state-of -the-art high energy
physics research facilities, SSC was to be the world’s largest superconducting particle accelerator.
The West Research Campus includes the Magnet Development Laboratory, the Magnet Testing
Laboratory, the MTL Service and Compressor Buildings, and the Accelerator String Test, Service and
