Aside from formal work, I have done computer repair, troubleshooting, and virus removal for over 10 years and have performed a variety of jobs including, but not limited to:
Virus removal, fresh installation and troubleshooting of all Windows OS versions begining with 3.1, ghosting machines (including creating ghost disks and clone disks), remote desktop repair of software problems, complete builds from barebones (including product research, specifications, full paperwork), wireless network installations including security and server set ups. Wireless and Wired Pen-testing using Nmap, Metasploit, Backtrack R3-R5. Finding and fixing system/network/application exploits and detecting/identifying/resolving issues regarding unauthorized access using the aforementioned software
