As a manager of the International Loans department I had under my supervision over six (6)
employees, together as a team we made sure that all of our clients complied according to the Bandes
requirements for loans with the financial and legal documentation to support the viability of the social
project to be developed at the different countries and its credit worthiness, during this period I developed
strong interdepartmental communication, ability to understand other people culture and laws related to
financing, among other things I was in charge of the department’s annual budget. I also presented the
social projects to the board of directors for loan approval.

Logistics and operations for delivering oil products to the Caribbean Island was an innovating project for the
company, in which I played an important role on the team developing the logistics plan, also collaborated on the HAZOP
for the terminals project, once the deliveries started, with my colleges I coordinated all the operations and administration
paperwork for those deliveries, which involved, clients, terminal, seaman, product analyst and most importantly the
finance department, together we made sure of the documentation’s quality, trade contracts and insurance the credit
reality of customers.

As an Operation Analyst I learn to handle long term contracts with clients like Chevron, Shell among
others, this contracts were related to future sales that guarantee volume, quality and price, my communication skills and
ability to coordinate with all the areas involved in the process grow bigger, every detail previously, during and after the
delivery product operation in the oil industry involved great responsibility in handling large amounts of money, I had to
cooperate with other departments in the company in issues related to claims (quantity and quality), payments and
credits and contracts administrators.

The bunker trader experience helped me developed my analytical backgrounds, it consisted on creating daily
pricing for the bunker market considering our main competitors in the Caribbean, working with clients around the world

assure documentation for the finance department (invoicing procedures), discussing claims with clients, Keep track of
the inventories at the delivery ports and barges, nominating independent inspectors and maritime agency from the
company’s pool services. One of the biggest accomplish in as a trader was to assure the quality of the product according
to OMI on its (Marpol) newest regulation regarding pollution at the time.
