The product lines included the production and packaging of cereals, granola bars, candy bars, piecrusts, and pouched fruit snacks.

* Responsibilities included production, quality control, warehousing, and maintenance operations, as well as hiring, discipline, termination, training, performance reviews, and promotions.

Production Supervision and Dispatch Operations

* Supervised union personnel on five production lines for canning, bottling, premix, and post mix, and BIB.
