A skilled & multitalented CFD engineer with more than 2+ years of experience in Computational Simulation
of Fluid Dynamics & Grid Generation, seeking research and development position in Industry to utilize
strong technical skills and professional experience.
Industrial Experience
Engineer/Analyst at GE India Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore Jan 2011-July 2012
Projects Handled:
CFD Support for GEnx PIP2 EIS
Through various TTV (Through The Vane) analysis, recommended minimum slip-seal height
to reduce carbon jacking risk
From Pressure drop derivative study, found out suitable nozzle design is good at overcoming
auto-ignition problem
Did Cold-Flow 2-Cup Analysis (CSA) on modified fuel stem (46 million grid size) to see its
effect on Back Flow Margin
In support of PIP2 block test, did CSA for many TO conditions to find out BFM
CFD Support for GEnx eTAPS EIS
Performed many CSA & RF (Reacting Flow Analysis) to explore BFM sensitivity & PPF
(Profile & Pattern Factor) to bleed flow and cooling flow changes
Closure of GEnx PIP2 DDR Action items
Evaluated Risk-Abatement mixer-M6 against PIP2 to find its impact on Auto-ignition, BFM
& PPF
Conducted a study analysis to find out impact of Schmidt & Prandtl Number on PPF
Evaluated BFM/PPF sensitivity to liner MH Cooling flow changes 25 & 15% ) and
quantified its effect
As a Beta-Tester, generated & validated Polyhedra mesh of GEnx PIP2 DSA (Diffuser System
Analysis) against current existing Hybrid mesh of the same.

Computer Admin at Network Galaxy, Arakkonam Jun 2006-Sep 2008
Worked as ‘Computer Administrator’ in ‘Network Galaxy’. During this period, I become expertise in
Networking, Security, Troubleshooting and Maintenances.
Academic Experience
Thesis Project (M.S): Design Optimization of Air Intake for Alliance GP7200 Engine using CFD
CFD Project I (M.S): Study Analysis of a turbulent flow (having Reynold number 44000) over
backward facing step using Fluent and Gambit.
CFD Project II (M.S): Analysis of flow around agard wing using - two equation turbulence
model.
FEM Project I (M.S): Analysis of Stress produced in a Seat belt using ANSYS 10 to ensure its
safetyness of use.
FEM Project II (M.S): Stress analysis and Model analysis of the Flywheel, which rotates at 6000 rpm
and to find out its maximum stress produced at that rpm and to find out its natural frequency, to see
check for the occurrences of resonance during its operation, using ANSYS 10.
