Duties include:-

- Plan, develop, coordinate and manage Roads, Earthworks, Drainage, Civil

infrastructure, Concrete structures and underground utility projects.

- Quality Control Supervision of all works activities on site including

concreting works, Piling works and premix laying, quality control test

includes Marshall tests, Asphalt coring, CBR, Nuclear field density,

proof rolling,concrete cube test, pile

load testing

- Develop and implement quality control programs.

- Prepare and submit construction project budget and estimates.

- Checking of site manpower/plant/machinery adequacy and comment/advise on

area of deficiency, work slippage and deployment schedule, certification

of contractor's progress claim, preparation of progress report, change

order and correspondence to contractor and client.

- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor

progress as per established schedules.

- Chairing progress meeting and recording of minutes of meeting.

- Conducting toolbox meeting, in charge of keying in and signing off daily

timesheets, keeping records of site diaries, reports, extra work order,

and application/renewal of work permit.

- Occupational Health and Safety, KPI, traffic management and policy

implementation.

- Assessment of extension of time for Client's approval.

- Approval of Contractor's shop drawings, RFI and RFA forms.

- Confer with Clients and other members of engineering team to decide about

project requirements.

- Management of Multiple project sites. Team leader to Project Engineers,

Foremen, Surveyors and more than 100 co-workers and also regional office

management work.

- Site construction planning, Client, Authority, Consultant and sub-

contractor liaison to ensure smooth running and timely completion of

projects.

- Site troubleshooting including dealings pertaining to technical and

design matters.

- In charge of QA/QC and Supervision of subcontractors' work to ensure

quality control is maintained.

- Reviewing and checking of progress reports and works program prepared by

Engineers and progress payments submitted by Estimators.
