Logistics Manager
Lead multiple Logistic network projects in coordination with the Corporate Strategy team to design, implement, roll out, and provide project support for DDCs in the network. These projects have an annual combined SGA cost reduction of over $1 million dollars.
Traveled to several DDC locations to train, support and implement Red Prairie WMS system best practices as a SME. Worked on a national team this year to create and roll out 2 training videos to be used company wide.
Provided data driven business insights, designs and implement solutions that address opportunities for facility improvements. Work with the Engineer to test the implementation of new processes and behaviors by assisting in time studies and trials. Lead the change once an approved standard is adopted.
Creates the annual Performance Management Plan for the DDC to meet corporate goals. I used several methods to run scenarios to test hypothetical behaviors to produce desired results, present to leadership for input, then drive the adopted changes through departmental associate training.
Help initiate and drive results for a damage initiative to keep damages below our goal of .0001%. Departmental Behavioral Action Plans were put in place for each department to assist in achieving this goal. Designed an employee productivity improvement incentive program that resulted in an 18% increase in productivity.
