Microsoft Dynamics GP provides complete solution for Abdullah Saad Al
Rashed Co. It took six months to customize, design and migrate the
existing data to GP.Functional Requirement Document was created to get
the clear idea of the process It was a breakthrough for alrashed
company to integrate the different application into one single
solution. After the implementation the different application for
Financial management, Inventory and Payroll are integrated into a
single application. Financial Management System on MS GP was a good
project which gives me a great opportunity to understand the Fixed
asset management, Inventory and Payroll Modules. It also gave me an
opportunity to know underlying process of Financial Domain knowledge.

PROJECT: HiMS- Hospital Information Management System
. Project Details
Hospital Information Management System (HiMS) was a breakthrough in
ERP technology by being the first implementation in a Healthcare
sector using the tool Microsoft Business Solution-Navision. Also being
a very inspirational project, it consisted 23 modules in all. Modules
were catering to various departmental processes in Hospital. Some of
the modules were Sales & Receivables, Finance, Inventory, Purchase &
Payables etc., while modules like Diagnostics, Kitchen, CSSD, etc.
constituted the medical part. It took 1 year to develop & implement
the project. Functional Requirement Document was created to get the
clear idea of the process. Some of the process was remodeled to make
it fit into the ERP system. Finally, HiMS was a good project which
gave me great opportunity to understand the integrity of an ERP
implementation. It also gave me an opportunity to know underlying
processes of a Healthcare sector giving me domain knowledge.
