were mandatory. Close communication of findings with production engineers

to resolve nonconformance issues.

Layout QC /QA Inspector

Quality Layout inspections performed of customer complaints, new patterns,

and various samples of steel castings. Usage of CMM and Geomet software,

small precision tools, and gauges were utilized. Inspection results handed

to Quality Engineers for review and disposition or shipment upon results.

QC Receiving Inspection

QC Inspector for both electrical, mechanical, and optics in receiving lab.

Inspections entail utilization of micro precision tools and various large

machineries. DMR's written for discrepant materials. Logging data in

computer systems such as Excel, Share Point, and Great Plains.

Communicated with engineers to minimize defects. ANSI AQL inspection

criteria used to perform inspections. NASA Space flight systems, US

Military, medical device manufacturing, and commercial products we built

and inspected. IPC 610 standard used.
