JORDAN IN-COUNTRY MANAGER

- Create a documentation of Defense Base Act (DBA) and Workers Compensation (WC) forms for expatriates (expats) and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) in a timely manner.

- Keep pace with all claims to ascertain that all medical documentation and any other necessary information is provided.

- Gather all original training records for submission to DOS as well as to Iraq; send copies to the Headquarters (HQ) according to Statement of Work (SOW).

- Aid with OCONUS and CONUS human resources in collecting country-specific employment agreements and/or updates involving non-disclosure agreements and security forms for TCN and expats.

- Manage the termination and resignation process, including change of status forms as well as out processing, collecting, and inventorying all company and customer properties.

- Handle the consolidation, collection, and distribution of country-specific, W2, and I9 forms as well as money owed to the company and timesheets for expats staff and employee.

- Organize and submit all expense reports, TCN stipend payments, incentive payments, and reconciliations.

- Take charge of all Iraq-to-Jordan and/or HOR medevac’s and emergency medical cases through coordination of medical plan flights; admission into hospital; follow-up with attending physicians, specialists, and life support; next of kin arrangements; and submission of full reports to compliance and medical HQ.

- Guarantee adherence to budgets in allocating and reconciling cash for payments and company bill backs as well as to SOW and subcontract agreement in checking, reviewing, and amending discrepancies and defects.

- Assume full management of verification, coding, and handling of subcontractor invoicing, for Jordan, Kenya, Uganda, and Iraq before submitting to HQ.

- Render immediate action to discrepancies and/or issue found in invoicing, and observe quick turnaround in paying all vendors and giving invoice to customers.

- Constantly communicate with international departments to facilitate the delivery of safe dissemination and execution of flights, Letter of Authorization (LOA), Embassy Badges, Visas, and ETPs as well as to deliver day-to-day Operations Status Boards, detailing information as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SOW.

- Stay abreast with all inbound and outbound movement and distribute information globally to all divisions through operational, training, and finance reporting.
