of San Antonio (COSA), and other public agencies.
. Helped expand the Central Texas presence by opening and managing
operations for San Antonio office
. Led and assisted in marketing efforts by preparing proposals,
conducting presentations, and maintaining client relations with Bexar

Managed transportation staff in San Antonio office including engineers and

. Assisted in implementing a more focused Business Development process
that generated $32 Million in new contracts within 2 years, a 400%
increase in sales.
. Led marketing efforts to win future contracts in central Texas by
preparing LOIs and proposals, and conducting presentations. Secured
contracts for TxDOT SAT, Austin, and Corpus Christi, and TTA.
