Project Assignment and Responsibilities

As Project Superintendent I will have full authority and responsibility for the planning,

organizing and scheduling of field construction activities. I will ensure that the work is

performed in accordance with plans and specifications and conforms to quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and productive work environment and good labor

relations. I will attend and record all progress meetings accompanied by the appropriate vendors

and trade contractors.
